Soheil Nakhshab, LEED AP, BPI, Contractor A & B
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Soheil is experienced in many aspects of real estate including both the design and construction of commercial & residential buildings. Soheil has designed and built numerous projects implementing green construction practices and solar technologies. Included in his portfolio are numerous projects that have achieved LEED Silver certification or greater. Soheil is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified BPI Analyst & Envelope Professional, and Certified Home Performance Contractor with Energy Star. Soheil also holds his A & B Contractor Licenses and is a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University (SDSU).

Jeff is a Co-Founder of Greenwise Solutions. Jeff holds a dual B.S. degree from Northeastern University in Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management and Marketing.
Blasi Ritacco, LEED AP, BPI, HERS, Contractor C-10
Co-Founder
Blasi has a diverse background in auditing, engineering and construction. Blasi is an electrical engineer and contractor with experience in construction and solar installation of custom homes. Blasi is also versed in fire life safety system installation and maintenance of commercial buildings. Blasi and is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified BPI Analyst and Certified HERS Rater. Blasi holds his California C-10 Contractors License and bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University (SDSU).
