Description
Two Vacant 5,000 square foot parcels of land adjacent to an existing 10,000 square foot parcel with a 1,000 square foot Homer Delawie design. Partners of Greenwise Solutions developed all aspects of two new 4,200 square foot homes on the empty parcels, added 2,400 square feet to the existing Homer Delawie house while restoring the existing 1,000 square feet to its original look. Minimal Grading procedures were implemented in the design of these hillside properties; all exported dirt was taken to San Diego Airport for reuse. Minimal usage of building materials such as lumber were incorporated into the detailed design and cutsheets. Energy efficient fixtures and finishes were incorporated into the designs.
