Description
Greenwise Solutions was hired to design and install a 42 kWh Solar PV system for this existing 7,000 square foot unreinforced masonry building. The owner of the building will be providing state of the art veterinary services. Major improvements on the building were completed by Greenwise's sister company, NDD, to improve the Title 24 to 50% better than standard. After incorporating these energy efficient measures into the design we installed a solar PV roof mount system as well as a custom carport structure in the parking lot. Customers will park under the carports and solar arrays. This system will provide an 80% reduction in electricity expense as well as provide marketing and PR benefits for the business.
