Engineering Design
Description
This was an existing 11,000 square foot industrial building which was converted to a mixed use office/retail/workshop. Greenwise Solutions provided Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering services. Our goal for this project was to integrate as much efficiency and stainability into the design which in turn we were awarded for. We received the SDGE Energy Efficiency Integration Award in 2007.
